These terms describe the public launch access model for Gastrobro. Commercial terms are agreed directly with manually provisioned customers.
Operator and acceptance
Gastrobro is operated by Philip Reichen Software. By using the website, requesting access, or using a provisioned organization, you agree to use the service responsibly and only for lawful business purposes.
Access model
Public signup is an access request. Customer organizations, locations, team roles, and product access are provisioned manually after contact with the operator. Signup does not guarantee immediate access to a workspace.
Pricing and payment
Gastrobro uses contact-sales pricing and manual invoicing during launch. The public website does not provide online checkout or account-plan management. Written commercial terms agreed with a customer control payment timing, scope, and cancellation.
Customer data
Customers are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the business data they enter. Gastrobro uses that data to provide the reporting service and does not sell customer operating data.
Availability and changes
Gastrobro is an actively developed launch-stage product. We may update features, routes, access flows, and these terms as the product matures. For questions about current access or commercial terms, contact philthebrogrammer@gmail.com.
