What does it cost?

We discuss pricing directly with you during the beta - it depends on your venues and team. Invoicing is manual, there is no online checkout. What is fixed: everyone who signs up during the beta pays 60% less, for life, on all products.

What exactly does 60% off for life mean?

For life means for life: the discount stays on your account for as long as your subscription runs, and it applies to every product we ship - the tools that are live today and everything still to come.

Do I need to connect my POS or change how I close the day?

No. Daily reports start from the numbers your team already closes with: Z-report, card terminal totals, cash count, and costs. Entry is built to be fast, and imports can be discussed during onboarding.

Can my accountant see the numbers?

Yes. Viewer access is read-only and location-scoped: your accountant or bookkeeper sees daily reports and monthly overviews, and can export Excel or PDF directly - without being able to change anything.

Where is my data stored, and who owns it?

Your reports stay yours: we don't sell, aggregate, or train models on your operating data. GastroBro runs on Clerk for sign-in, Vercel for the web application, and Convex for application data - the Privacy page has the full summary.
