Data we process
We process account identity data, organization details, manually provisioned access records, daily reports, business settings, team roles, location information, support messages, and technical logs needed to run and protect the service.
Public signup creates an account request. It does not create a customer organization or payment plan.
Why we use data
We use data to provide Gastrobro, provision organizations manually, prepare invoices or commercial follow-up, support users, operate the product, prevent abuse, and maintain the public website.
Service providers
Gastrobro uses trusted service providers for authentication, hosting, deployments, and application data storage. Current launch infrastructure includes Clerk for authentication, Vercel for the web application, and Convex for application data.
Retention and requests
We keep customer and account data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and support manual invoicing. Contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data.
