Privacy

This page explains how GastroBro handles personal data for public visitors, signup requests, and manually provisioned customer organizations.

Operator

GastroBro is operated by Philip Reichen Software. For privacy questions, access requests, or deletion requests, contact hello@gastro-bro.com.

Data we process

We process account identity data, organization details, manually provisioned access records, daily reports, business settings, team roles, location information, support messages, and technical logs needed to run and protect the service.

Public signup creates an account request. It does not create a customer organization or payment plan.

The beta signup form stores the email address you enter, together with your language and the page you signed up from, so we can contact you about the beta program.

Why we use data

We use data to provide GastroBro, provision organizations manually, prepare invoices or commercial follow-up, support users, operate the product, prevent abuse, and maintain the public website.

Optional Meta marketing measurement

On the public marketing and interactive-demo pages, you may choose to allow Meta measurement. If you consent, the Meta Pixel records page views, tagged call-to-action clicks, and views of tagged page sections. Events can include the current page URL, a stable label for the clicked element or section, its placement on the page, and technical identifiers processed by Meta. After a successful beta signup, our server also sends Meta a SHA-256 hash of the normalized email address, never the plain-text address, so the same email is counted only once across browsers and devices.

The Meta Pixel, its network code, and server-side Lead measurement remain completely inactive until you actively select “Allow marketing”. Your choice is stored in your browser. You can reopen Cookie settings at any time, withdraw consent, and stop future Meta events without losing access to the website.

Meta processes pixel data under its own privacy terms and may combine it with information from Meta services. Do not enable marketing tracking if you do not want this optional data transfer.

Service providers

GastroBro uses trusted service providers for authentication, hosting, deployments, and application data storage. Current launch infrastructure includes Clerk for authentication, Vercel for the web application, and Convex for application data. Meta is used only for the optional, consent-gated marketing measurement described above.

Retention and requests

We keep customer and account data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and support manual invoicing. Contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data.
