Two people: one who ran venues for years and sank his teeth into controlling - and one who builds software you can rely on. Together we are building the tool that gastronomy has been missing.

Claudio has more than ten years of experience in gastronomy and has run several venues at the same time. His home is not the counter but the controls: numbers, contribution margin, target vs. actual. In his MBA he dug deep into controlling for gastronomy - exactly that logic is inside GastroBro today. He loves running a venue through its numbers, and wanted to build the tool for it for everyone.
Philip Reichen
Co-Bro · Engineering & platform
Philip is the engineer behind the platform. He holds a bachelor's and a master's degree in engineering from ETH Zurich - the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology and one of the best technical universities on the planet - and has built software at startups as well as big tech corporations like Accenture. Now he has found his way into building the future of software for gastronomy: a lean, modern stack so a small team can deliver a secure system that grows with its customers. His standard: fast, careful with data, and built as if it came from someone who understands the venue floor.
